Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Manara, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

• New accounts are created with Student role by default
• Coach and Admin roles are assigned by school administrators
• You may not share your account credentials

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Manara only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

Content Ownership

Course materials provided by Manara remain the property of the school. You may access them for personal learning purposes but may not redistribute them.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the data deletion process.

Limitation of Liability

Manara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
